Payment
How do I pay? After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation via eMail, fax or post. During the ordering-process you have the possibility to choose your favorite payment-method. You may use electronic money-transfer or send cash.
Please be advised that the shop-system sends a short message confirming that your order was successfully received. This is not our confirmation of your order - you will receive this in a separate mail as PDF-document with the subject "Ihre Bestellung" or "Your order". This is important, because the confirmation tells you when and how the ordered items will be shipped. In case you have ordered several items, which cannot completely shipped in one parcel, you will receive additional confirmations. Please check these informations.
In any case our payment-rule is Payment before shipping.
Shipping
The shipment of your order is only done with insured parcels. Usually we send all items with HERMES in Germany and most of the EU-countries. The shipping-costs for Germany are EUR 4,90 including insurance of the parcel. If you wish, WIKIMP sends your order with DHL, the costs are EUR 6,90. Please make sure, that you chosse DHL if you want to receive our parcel at a "Packstation" (Germany only) – HERMES cannot send a parcel to a "Packstation".
The shipment to most countries belonging to the European Union will be sent with HERMES for EUR 14,90 or if you wish with DHL for EUR 17,-. All other countries will be operated by DHL.
Since you have to pay the shipping-costs and take the responsibility for the shipment, this is the most convenient and cheap way. WIKIMP sends only well-packed parcels. The advantage of an insured parcel is self-explaining: You will receive your order in a safe way, since you have the possibility to charge the shipment-operator if the parcel or the items are damaged. WIKIMP guarantees that every items is leaving our stock in a perfect condition.

Order and Shipping – how can I save money?
The shipment-costs are displayed in our confirmation, which you will receive for every order.
To keep the shipment-costs on a fair level, we will try to send you as much items as possible in one parcel. In case WIKIMP includes two or more orders in one shipment, of course then you pay the shipment-costs only once even if something else was confirmed. Since we have no influence upon delivery-dates or shipment-times of the manufacturers and retailers, it is not possible to confirm which items can be sent in one parcel.
